Daniel is the Founder of Egger Ministries, Lead Pastor of El Dorado First Assembly, Vice President of the Paul to Timothy Institute, and a trusted mentor to pastors and church leaders. An ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, Daniel has served in ministry for nearly a decade with a deep commitment to Spirit-empowered leadership and the health of the local church.
Through his pastoral leadership, Daniel has helped lead seasons of spiritual renewal marked by growth, outreach, and salvation. His passion is to see pastors strengthened, churches aligned, and leaders formed not just with skills, but with spiritual depth, humility, and obedience to the Holy Spirit. Whether mentoring leaders, teaching, or walking alongside pastors in real-world ministry challenges, Daniel brings both conviction and care to the work of leadership development.
Daniel is married to Elesha, his ministry partner and co-founder of Egger Ministries. Together they are raising four children: Isaac, Addison, Ashlynn, and Isabella. Their shared calling is rooted in a love for the local church and a desire to see lives, families, and communities transformed by the power of the gospel.

Elesha Egger serves as a ministry partner, community advocate, and leader devoted to restoring hope and dignity to families in crisis. She is a co-founder of Egger Ministries and plays a vital role in bridging the church and the community through compassionate, relational leadership.
Elesha is a leader with the Governor Sanders 10:33 Initiative and is actively involved on the front lines of community engagement through 100 Families. Known for her steady presence and deep compassion, she brings both motherly guidance and courageous advocacy to her work, often serving behind the scenes while also stepping forward when leadership is needed most. Her calling is rooted in walking with people, not past them, and helping create pathways toward stability, healing, and long-term change.
She is married to Daniel and together they are raising four children: Isaac, Addison, Ashlynn, and Isabella. Elesha’s life and leadership reflect a deep commitment to faith lived out through service, relationships, and hope-filled action in the community.

Director of Deep Oaks International
Michael Kornegay serves as the Director of Deep Oaks and the Connections Pastor at El Dorado First Assembly. An ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, Michael has served in the local church for over six years, bringing steady, relational leadership to both people and ministry systems.
Known as a servant of servants, Michael oversees teams that build discipleship pathways, leadership systems, and assimilation processes that help people move from first connection to meaningful belonging. His passion lies in leadership development and small groups, where spiritual growth and relational health are formed side by side. With a blend of pastoral care and organizational clarity, Michael helps ensure that church structures serve the mission and support long-term disciple-making.
Michael is married to his wife, Mallory, and together they are raising their two sons, Malachi and Myles. His life and ministry reflect a deep commitment to the local church, faithful leadership, and building environments where people and leaders can grow and thrive.
